We are seeking a Business Development Manager to assist the company expand further into the UK and Wider markets.

Role

  • Business Development to engineering businesses.
  • Deliver on sales targets while implementing business-growth strategies and increasing market share.
  • Identify customer needs and potential commercial growth opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture key accounts and relationships.
  • Preparing proposals and quotes while negotiating with clients to close deals.
  • Engaging consultatively with a wide range of customers

Knowledge, experience and qualifications

  • Prior work experience within a Business Development Manager role managing international stakeholder and customer relationships.
  • Significant Engineering or Manufacturing sales experience, preferably within electrification.
  • Experience developing sales strategies and processes to deliver account growth.
  • Motivated and driven.
  • Ability to travel internationally regularly (when permitted).
